Federal Issues

HSA Insider has published the fifth edition of HSA Road Rules.  The updated edition, designed for both employers and employees, includes all the new changes from the Tax Relief and Health Care Act of 2006 that were signed into law by President Bush on December 20, 2006.  In addition to an expanded employer section, the fifth edition offers new guidance for eligibility requirements and contribution limits.
